Dan Reeder's third record This New Century delivers 20 new tracks filled with Dan's trademark lyrical humor, blended with lush vocal harmonies and finger-plucked guitar melodies. This new release, which is performed, recorded and produced by Reeder alone, shows his progression as a musician and songwriter, as he often discusses man's higher-level, existential dilemmas. Dan di- vulges into our unknown destinies ("When" and "Angels may"), while also jabbing at an apathetic generation ("Bitch nation"). This New Century is Reeder's most-polished work to date, but is still layered with his uniqu perspectives, vintage instrumentations and a sense that Dan is always thinking one step ahead.
