Gothenburg's finest Streetpunk&Rock'n Roll/ Express is back and that twice! The international success of their last longplayer "Pa Svenska" (sold out for a long time), which was completely sung in their home language, has surprised the band itself....apparently it is not a handicap, if one is not rather powerful of the Swedish language outside of Scandinavia, if the music alone has such a convincing expressiveness! And so "Punk & Roll" is a double LP with a total of 24 brand new City Saints anthems, whereby LP1 was recorded in English and LP2 again in Swedish! The title Punk & Roll was also appropriately chosen, because while LP1 has a sharp streetpunk edge, LP2 aims a nuance more on punky RocknRoll with punk, hardrock & glam set pieces enriched! Grandiose variety, damn powerful disc.
