Good Points: The mic is prob the best feature being able to retract the mic getting it out of the way when needed is brilliant Improvement Points: Change the volume wheels for better individual volume control

Good Points: Great battery life. Improvement Points: The overhead sizing is a bit annoying.

Good Points: When it works, the sound is good, it is comfy as well Improvement Points: Sound cuts out every now and then, due to wireless technology still not being great in 2023. Design is very poor. Wheel on back of headset to control volume is very sensitive and placed right where most people put their thumb to take the headset off so every time I take it off I change the volume and it is very hard to get it back to how it was because the wheel is so sensitive. The slightest touch can change it from deafeningly loud to sounding like it’s in a different room

Good Points: Comfy. Easy to use. Improvement Points: It connects to PCs as a speaker, not headphones which with hours of trying you can not get it to glisten as headphones. This does two things, you don't have surround sound unless to use a 3rd party software and either way, when you use the microphone to talk in game the audio quality drops 10 fold, to a muddy low volume mess. The only way to get the high quality audio back is to pause the game, untenable voice chat and re-enable it. Waste of money in the end. Unfortunate.

Good Points: The headset is comfy and has a decent battery life Improvement Points: The mic quality is terrible, the cup turns inwards which is annoying and the speakers are lacklustre

Good Points: Comfortable for long gaming sessions. Battery life is great. Friends reported microphone clarity as great. Audio quality is fantastic, I also use these in my piano as they're well balanced. It's also neat being able to take a phone call via the Bluetooth whilst playing a game you're unable to pause. I like that the microphone glows when you've pushed the mute button so you know you're muted. I like that it's true wireless, so I don't have a cable coming from my controller to the headset. Range of it is pretty good as I can wear it around the house and friends can still hear me. Improvement Points: Charging it directly from your console with the cable provided isn't practical, so I tend to plug it into my phone charger for quick charging, as I'd left it in the console overnight and it ran out after about an hour and a half the next day. The retractable microphone feels a little flimsy, but it's still a useful feature. There were teething issues with the audio at first, it kept dropping off randomly but that seems to have stopped over the past few weeks. Also, when you go out of range, it doesn't immediately re-pair, so I have to turn it off and on again sometimes when I'm back in range.

Good Points: Comfortable to wear not to heavy and bulky and great sound quality great for any person wanting to play shooting games Improvement Points: My 1 dislike is when I take them off and put them back on I always change my volume by picking them back up. Maybe there should be a lock button once you have desired settings.
