En Acción 4 is the last level of the collection. It is based on the Common European Framework of Reference (level C1) and on action-oriented approach. It follows the new Curricular Plan of Instituto Cervantes and the proposal of Virtual Spanish Class (AVE). En acción 4 encourage students to work in groups and to make decisions in group to do the ending task, considering the student as a social agent, and encouraging the reflection in groups about learning styles and strategies (between 150 and 170 hours).
Easy to use in classroom for both, students and teachers. It is a very dynamic, up to date and diverse material, with a wide range of activities, role plays and cultural content for all kind of students.
Thank to its flexibility makes that En acción 4 can be used in monolingual or plurilingual contexts, with students learning Spanish in a Spanish speaking country or in their own countries.
The Student.s book has 9 lessons and 3 reviews. Each Review offers the Portfolio (with suggestions to develop communication and strategies of learning) and the magazine Mundo Latino, with real texts and documents related to previous lessons. Mundo Latino offers sociocultural information about Spain and Latin America sociocultural reality.
Two appendixes, one of them with grammar and functional contents and the other appendix with a selection of relevant vocabulary are included.
The CD is included, with dialogues and songs. The listening offers different accents from Spain and Latin America.
The teacher.s book offers different kind of activities in order to complete the lesson, the activities are thought to be done out of the classroom and suggestions in order to best use Mundo Latino are offered..
It encourages the incorporation of multimedia resources through the digitization of task (2.0 task).
